It depends if someone is coming for a homeopathic consultation or for physical treatments. There is a lot of cross over, because the treatment I do is Holistic!
I combine a variety of therapies tailored to your needs including homeopathy, bodywork (massage and deep tissue), posture and movement training, nutrition, dietary and lifestyle guidance. Treatments work best when you are an active participant. With small changes, stretches, postural adjustments, and healthy habits, you can reduce pain and prevent future issues. Sessions may be 30 to 90 minutes depending on your condition. My aim is to help you build lasting wellness rather than relying on short-term fixes.
