“Homeopathy is a system of healing that strengthens the body’s natural ability to cure itself by using the principle of “like treats like.”
What is Homeopathy?
This is a system of healing that assists the body to heal itself and supports and strengthens the immune system in order to provide a cure. It is commonly known as the “treatment of like with like”. e.g. an example of insomnia (sleeplessness) – conventional medicine would treat this with drugs in order to induce an artificial sleep – in the end larger and larger doses are usually needed to bring about the same effects.
Homeopathically we would treat with a minute dose of something like coffee (From the plant Coffea) – which in large doses generally brings about sleeplessness in a healthy individual. Your body will use what it needs and discard the rest, homeopathic remedies when properly prescribed are safe, deep acting and can have permanent curative effects. This system (works very well alongside muscle/tissue work)take this out) is supported through the Kinesiology testing that I do, to ensure we give the correct herbs and remedies that your body needs to include the complete picture of healing.
How Does the Consultation Work?
We discuss you basically, what your ailments/conditions are, how you feel about it and what you have already tried. I will ask you questions about yourself, your likes, dislikes, fears/phobias, encouraging you to paint me the picture of you. In this way I will be able to work out a remedy that can fit your constitution and target the issues at hand.
We work together to get you back to good health, to boost your immune system and encourage your body and mind to aid in its own healing process. People generally thoroughly enjoy the process and having time for them to talk in an unbiased and nurturing environment can be as curative as the remedy itself!
